This series brings together the heart of psychotherapy and the grounded knowledge of bodywork - blending gentle movement, breath, and awareness practices to discover how your body responds to the world around you and gain the tools to cultivate healthier, more authentic relationships.

30 mins weekly on Zoom to build your awareness to support your Nervous System. You will see me, but not each other, and the recording will be the same.
This is an experiential program to learn about your internal physical and emotional sensations as you explore your subconscious life positions and scripts that may be showing up as anxiety, burnout, or chronic pain.
