Resilience Toolkit - Foundation Course

This is a short foundation program.
For people with busy minds, anxiety, and those who are overwhelmed.
Learn to slow down and rest.


A simple, potent, and experiential introduction to nervous system regulation.
Divided into four thirty-minute live Zoom sessions.


Dates: Weekly on Wednesdays - 22 Oct, 29 Oct, 5 Nov, 12 Nov.


Time - 7:30 - 8:00 pm.  
Price - Early Bird - £20 (Book by 7th October) - £30 after 1st October.


The recording of each session will be available for a limited time to catch up or rewatch.
On completion, you will receive a video to continue your ongoing practice.

Begin with the foundations:
Understand how to support your Nervous System.  
This is an experiential program and is designed to teach you to explore:
Grounding
Interoception - your internal physical and emotional sensations
How to be present and quieten your mind
The 3 Primal Moves - Somatic movement techniques.
Your Nervous System - Downregulation and upregulation techniques
