I’m a qualified psychotherapist with many years’ experience as a bodyworker.
My work integrates talk therapy with somatic and body-based approaches, helping people release tension, navigate anxiety and burnout, and reconnect with the wisdom of their bodies.
This program brings together the heart of psychotherapy and the grounded knowledge of bodywork - blending gentle movement, breath, and awareness practices to help you widen your Window of Tolerance and return to balance.

30 mins weekly on Zoom to build your awareness to support your Nervous System. You will see me, but not each other, and the recording will be the same.
You might have tried yoga, meditation, and talk therapy but still struggle to feel calmer and more connected, perhaps, try this instead: This 4-week foundation program gently guides you through effective practices. Each week, we explore and build a routine for the process of nervous system regulation individually for you.
This is an experiential program to learn about your internal physical and emotional sensations. The 1st session includes an introduction to the Window of Tolerance/regulation
On completion, you will receive a video to continue your ongoing practice.
