Unwind With The Wisdom Of Nature

We’re all so busy getting on with our daily lives that sometimes it's easy to forget to prioritise ourselves, even if it's just for a few minutes a day.  It’s hard to find moments to recharge our batteries when we’re overwhelmed, lonely, or struggling to know what to do.

That's why I’ve created a space to guide and help you explore how to soothe and regulate your nervous system and grow your resilience.  

We meet once a week for no more than 30 minutes to let go of the day’s tension and relax into our evening.  These sessions are dedicated to your self-care and designed to create a personal ritual or toolbox to cope with the stuff life throws at us.  They are short, regular sessions supporting you to:

Manage stress and anxiety to cope with life’s pressures.

Discover healthier ways to protect your energy levels and boundaries.

Learn to listen and respond to what your body is telling you.

Find useful everyday tools and techniques to build and maintain your resilience levels.

Learn somatic awareness and interoception.

Soothe tension throughout your body and your mind.

Improve your sleep routine.

The sessions are recorded for times that don't fit for you.

Why should you work with me?

I’m a qualified psychotherapist with 26 years of experience as a bodyworker.

My work integrates talk therapy with somatic and body-based approaches, helping people release tension, navigate anxiety and burnout, and reconnect with the wisdom of their bodies.

You might have tried yoga, meditation, and talk therapy, but still struggle to feel calmer and more connected.
