Booking Terms, Conditions and Other Information

Every time someone books an appointment at my clinic, they are making a commitment to two people. Themselves and me.  My commitment to you is to endeavor everything works out the way that it should.  Before your first treatment, we will need to go through a consultation form together. I recommend we do this by arranging a free call to ensure you are booking the most appropriate session for you. Alternatively, we can add it to our appointment, although this will limit our treatment time together. 

Please understand that your appointment time is reserved just for you.

Appointment dates help me to make sure that my clients don’t miss the opportunity to receive services and we need to make sure that we both are available for that appointment time.

It is your responsibility to record and remember your appointment.

To be fair to all clients and in consideration of my time, all appointments are subject to 48 Hours to change or cancel. 

If you are unable to give at least 48 hours advance notice of canceling or rescheduling your appointment, please understand I reserve the right to charge the full session fee unless I am able to fill your session.  This also helps clients on my waiting list have an opportunity to receive the services they’ve been waiting for.  

If I am able to fill the appointment, your fee will be returned.‍

Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment will be considered a “No Show.” and will be charged the full session fee. 

I am unable to treat a client who has been drinking or taking recreational drugs.  I will have to cancel the session.  

Depending on the services booked, in the case of multiple services at a single appointment, a cancellation without 48 hour notice will result in a charge of 100% of the primary service amount and 50% of any additional service amount.

If you cancel outside of 48 hours' notice, I will return your payment to you within 10 days of you notifying me.  

Missed appointments booked with a Gift Card or a block of bookings will have the missed session fee deducted from the balance.

‍Gift cards are to be used within the period stated on the back of the card or stated on the online version and are non-refundable.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Out of respect for the client after you, if you arrive late, I will not be able to extend your session past the booked appointment finish time. Late arrivals are responsible for the full session fee.

‍‍If you are late, I will wait up to 15 minutes before closing the session.

All sessions are payable at the time of booking.  This can be paid in cash in clinic for your next session or by bank transfer .

My office times are 9-5 monday-friday.  To cancel or change your booking you are required to contact 07527878657 to cancel or change your appointment.   I require you to  leave a text of you are unable to speak directly to me.

Post Covid Restriction Policy

How I’m keeping you safe.
I am still committed to minimising any potential risks to my clients, myself and my family. Therefore I will be implementing the following:

  • I will cancel any appointments if I test positive or display covid symptoms.
  • If you are displaying covid symptoms, I require you to reschedule your treatment.
  • You will continue to be sent forms and all the info you require on booking, although please contact me if you have a question you'd like to ask before booking.
  • I require that my new “Wellness” questionnaire is completed and returned by each client, before attending your session. 
  • You are required to wait 48 hours after a covid booster jab before you receive treatments.
  • I will continue to ensure that the treatment room is cleaned and ventilated between appointments. 
  • If you would prefer to wear a mask, I will also wear one during your session.
  • If you have COVID-19 symptoms, contact me to postpone your session, you will require a negative test before you return for your treatment – Follow the NHS guidance.
